Grace & Valor team

Grace and Valor is a family-owned and operated organization, proudly led by two generations of nurses and veterans. Built on a foundation of compassion, service, and integrity, we unite the strength of medical expertise with the honor of military values.

As a leading provider of elderly care services in Windermere, Florida, we are dedicated to helping your loved ones maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Our team of highly trained and compassionate caregivers delivers personalized care with a focus on reliability, trust, and respect. At Grace and Valor, our mission is simple: to exceed expectations and provide families with the support, peace of mind, and excellence in care they deserve.

Brianne who goes by Oscar is the Founder and Owner of Grace & Valor, bringing with him over two decades of honorable military service and a lifelong commitment to integrity, respect, and selfless service. Serving 23 years in the U.S. Army as a Non-Commissioned Officer, Oscar proudly took part in operations including Desert Shield, Desert Storm, and Iraqi Freedom, among others.

His years in uniform shaped him into a leader who believes deeply in duty, discipline, and compassion — values that continue to guide his work today. Oscar founded Grace & Valor on the belief that everyone deserves respect, dignity, and the freedom to live as independently as possible.

His mission is rooted in the same principles that defined his military career: serve with honor, lead by example, and always put people first. Through his leadership, Grace & Valor stands as a reflection of those values — strong, compassionate, and committed to making a difference in every life it touches.
